Apply for Field Technician II

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Field Technician II to join our growing team. In this mid-to-senior level role, you will take the lead on complex lighting installations, advanced troubleshooting, and on-site quality control across our three core service lines: Permanent Lighting Installation (LED pixel and track systems), Landscape Lighting Installation, and Holiday Lighting Decorating. You will lead a crew of 2–3 technicians, mentor junior team members, ensure installations meet our premium standards, and represent The Starlight Project with craftsmanship and professionalism. This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, enjoys physical outdoor labor, and is ready to step into greater responsibility on a premium lighting team.
